Kris Kelkar, President and CEO

Mr. Kelkar has held numerous senior management positions at companies ranging from $2M to $1B in sales.

Prior to founding Xirgo Technologies, Mr. Kelkar was Senior Vice President, General Manager for the Wireless Division of Cal Amp Corporation. In this role, he pioneered their work in PCS repeaters, WiFi beamforming and MMDS broadband wireless.

Previously, Mr. Kelkar held senior management positions at General Instruments (now Motorola) and senior technical positions at M/A-Com Linkabit.

Mr. Kelkar has a BSEE from The Cooper Union, graduate studies towards an MBA from San Diego State University. He holds 12 patents in Viterbi decoding, video scrambling, beamforming and wireless systems.
