Shawn Aleman, VP, Business Development

Shawn has over 14 years of experience in design and manufacturing of RF and Microwave devices for wireless communications market. He has managed all aspects of “design to manufacture” projects for RF communications devices and sub-systems for small and large companies.

Shawn spent several years implementing strategic partnerships for CalAmp Corp. He was also responsible for identifying acquisition prospects for CalAmp, three of which were successfully acquired and integrated into CalAmp from 2004 to 2006. In his current role with Xirgo Technologies, Shawn is responsible for new product definition and introduction, implementing Channel Partner program and Sales and Marketing. Shawn holds a patent for “Compact bi-directional repeater” for cellular applications. He attended California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He holds a BSEE.
